The shop is cosy and it has a lovely warm atmosphere. There is a big variety of food and drinks. I ordered the scone with jam and cream and I dare say it was the best scone I've ever tried. The cream and the scone were fresh and homemade, so the quality was a clear A. There is still some improvement to go with the coffee and then it will be a top destination for me when I visit again.

Recently moved to Colwyn Bay and took my little girl for a wander down into the Bay after nursery mid-week. We actually intended to visit Haus based on their Google reviews, but saw this place next door and was very glad of our choice! It was clearly popular - all tables full or reserved, but they were hospitable and accommodating, squeezing us in at the back without a booking. Really lovely and friendly and prompt service, food was great and a great menu! You guys made us feel at home, and we will definitely be back! Thank you! *Visited again a few weeks later and sat outside. Service and food was once again fantastic!

Such a lovely find, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Love the mismatched china and quirky decoration. The food and coffee were good with plenty of choice for everyone on the menu.

I honestly can’t recommend Flat White Cafe in Colwyn Bay enough — it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I had the salt and chilli chicken basket with slaw and fries, and it was phenomenal. The chicken was unbelievably tender and juicy inside, with a crispy, flavour-packed coating that was just perfection. Every bite was full of flavour — they absolutely smashed it. Then came the tiffin for dessert, and wow — it completely blew me away. It wasn’t like any tiffin I’ve had before, but it was honestly next level — rich, delicious, and totally unforgettable. On top of all that, the staff were so, so lovely — genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. Flat White Cafe is a total gem. If you’re anywhere near Colwyn Bay, you NEED to go. I’m already planning my next visit!
